Compares daily grocery prices across Bangladesh's super shops, with automatic scraping, ML product matching and AI agents.
Highlights
- Compares prices from 6 super shops (Shwapno, Meena Bazar, Agora, Unimart, Wholesale Club, Bengal Meat) for 1,600+ products
- Shop bots collect prices automatically every few hours using HTTP scraping and headless Chromium
- Custom machine-learning model (TypeScript) matches differently named products across shops without any paid API
- AI used only when the model is unsure, with automatic model and provider switching when free limits are reached
- Price guard checks sudden price jumps, telling pack-size changes from real changes or misreads
- Prices normalised per kg, litre or piece, with all sizes shown and a 30-day price history chart
- Instant English and Bangla search that understands spellings like rui, rohu and রুই
- Admin panel with matching review, visitor analytics, AI usage logs and AI agents that ask for approval before changing data
